Private & Shared Rooms Plus Adult Day Care
Magnolia Acres has 2 primary living options -- Shared Rooms ($2,725 to $3,225) and Private Rooms ($4,700 to $5,000).
Our staff is available to assist you and your loved one with the Longterm Medicaid / SSI application process so you can focus on the move.
Adult Day Care is also available for day or night-time stays. Your loved-one will be able to relax in large comfortable reclining lounge chairs, enjoy all the amenities of the facility, eat any meals served during their stay, and participate in any activities scheduled along with all the other residents.
Day-time hours are from 6am to 6pm. Pricing is $75 per day OR $50 (first 2 hours) and then $10 per hour.
Night-time hours are from 6pm to 6am. Pricing is $100 per night OR $75 (first 2 hours) and then $10 per hour.
